How does your association participate in the Qwest Affinity Program?

	Upon approval, you will receive an Association Code.
	Promote the special Qwest Affinity offers to your members. They simply need to place their order through the Qwest representative assigned to your association and also provide your association code when ordering Qwest services. This will ensure that your association receives commission and that your members receive all the special benefits, including the VISA® gift card rewards.
	After one of your members orders a qualifying Qwest product(s) and keeps it for at least 30 days, your association will receive a commission check for every sale. Plus, Qwest will automatically send out a Visa® gift card to each member that purchased a qualifying product!
